Membership Info

Being a part of TexLUG is free and easy. However, it does require your participation.

There’s a two step process to join the club.

Step 1 Join the email announcement list, stay tuned for upcoming events, and then come out and join us! Please use this form to request to join the list.

Step 2 Participate! In order to qualify as a TexLUG member, the requirements are as follows. Members must have done any two of the following in the previous 18 months:

- attended club meeting (dinner, show, local chapter meet-up)
- participated in a show- specifically brought MOCs to contribute to a Texas LUG public display and/or helped with setup and tear down.
- contributed MOC(s) to the LEGO retail store LUG display cases
- helped with LEGO retail store opening activities (building sets, ribbon models, and helping with master model build)

Note: you must be 18 years or older. We welcome younger folks to our events, but they must be accompanied by an adult legal guardian at all times.

Membership in TexLUG comes with benefits. There are programs that will grant you discounts for purchases of LEGO products. There is also an annual bulk ordering program. The details are for members-only, so you will have to participate to find out! :-)

Please CONTACT US if you have any questions.

Best regards,

I am interested in joining, but I have a question; is there a skill level I required to join, or is membership open to all? When is the next Houston meeting?

I met a young man ( 20′s) a few months ago and spoke to him about legos. I told him I had a movie display in storage and he gave me his email to follow up. It was Spencerks@me.com/ I have not received an answer from the address and I checked and found the site is unassigned at this time. He was at the Toys R us near the dome on Old Spanish Trail In Houston. Please relay my address to him or send me the contact information.
